One-piece assembly component with welded lugs and fastened with a nut and bolt. Facilitates the quick and easy connection of two modular ducting sections by clamping around their lips. Connections made using pull-rings with rubber gaskets to produce perfectly sealed joints, ideal for ducting very fine powders or systems that cannot tolerate any air loss from the ductwork.
Rubber sealing rings used to obtain a tight seal at the point of connection between sections of ducting. They reduce leaks throughout the ductwork installation and therefore minimise the system’s pressure drop. Available in different materials such as EPDM, silicone, NBR or Viton®, with the choice depending on the type of product circulating inside the ductwork.
Connective pieces, typically manufactured from a flat profile, with a series of drill holes distributed symmetrically around a single pitch circle diameter. Attached to the end of any given pipe or accessory, between the lip and bead, and then joined to another flange using screws. Ductwork systems fitted with flanges can operate at higher pressures, they increase the strength of the installation and provide an acceptable seal, which can even be improved by adding a sealing ring between flanges.
Manually operated machine made entirely by ROS. Essential for the convenient and straightforward on-site assembly of ductwork installations based on our modular ducting system. The central core is made from cast iron, while the axles, gears and rollers are all manufactured in processed steel, which makes for a robust appearance and guarantees great durability, as well as quick and easy operation.
