ROS Group not only strives to avoid any negative impact on our environment, but we actually aspire to affect it positively. With this aim in mind, we implement actions that guarantee our commitment...

We strongly believe that everyone should enjoy the same opportunities in terms of each individual’s personal and professional development. This is why we collaborate with Fundació Autisme Mas Casadevall and with the Sonrisas Nómadas Association.

Fundació Autisme Mas Cadadevall is a private trust established in 1987 following the merger of various associations that ran a range of children’s centres throughout Catalonia in the 1960s and ‘70s. The trust’s ultimate goal is to provide people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) a home and job opportunities and thus meet their medical, healthcare, educational, occupational and legal needs. It focuses on their patients’ social skills, thus improving their autonomy and independence, and consequently pulling down the societal barriers faced by people with ASD.

The Sonrisas Nómadas Association has the purpose of bringing smiles and joy to the most remote and humble places in the world. It is an itinerant socio-cultural project in which puppets, clowns, the circus, music and children's entertainment bring smiles around the world, in collaboration with other local and international artists.

Until now, their destinations have been Europe, Morocco, Saharan Refugee Camps, a large part of the countries of South America and Mexico.

We are aware that every action we carry out bears an influence on our surroundings, which is why we focus a lot of attention in showing respect for the environment in our daily procedures. We comply with environmental legislation, our production processes do not generate any contaminating wastes, we do not produce any noise pollution, we separate recyclable waste and we also minimise our consumption of natural resources through natural ventilation and lighting in our installations and by producing our own gas for the operation of machinery.

We believe it is essential to promote physical activity throughout society, particularly among young people. Therefore, we support local football clubs in our area, such as Unió Esportiva Olot, Club Esportiu Santjoanenc and Club de Futbol Sant Jaume de Llierca, besides sponsoring the Ski Club Font Romeu in France.
