This personal data protection policy covers any data processing that may take place when browsing or interacting on any of our websites or social media in which we are active (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). Special information with respect to the use of social media is provided at the end of this document. Publication of photos or videos on the website or in the social media

Before publishing photographs or videos of our employees, customers, users or minors on the website or in social media or before collecting data to take part in a contest or before processing any other personal data, we first obtain the data subject's explicit, indisputable and informed prior consent, which, in the case of children under 14 years of age, is given by the parents or legal guardians.

When publishing these photographs, the principle of proportionality is observed, that is, they are only processed strictly for the purpose for which consent has been given.

Non-pertinent data

ROS GROUP warns you that, except in the case of legally appointed representatives, you cannot use another person's identity and disclose his or her personal data. Consequently, you should remember at all times that you can only provide personal data corresponding to your identity and they must be appropriate, relevant, up-to-date, accurate and truthful.

For how long do we keep your data?

ROS GROUP keeps your personal data for as long as may be necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. If the guideline is different from that stated in this policy, it is described in the appropriate document.

Who are your data disclosed to?

ROS GROUP will only transfer your data in those services in which this is indicated and in the cases provided for in a law.

No international transfers will be made of your personal data.

In case of social media, all the information and content published by the user will be communicated and shared with the other users who interact with the social medium in question, due to the service's intrinsic nature.

ROS GROUP guarantees absolute confidentiality and privacy of the personal data that are collected and, to ensure this, essential security measures have been implemented to prevent tampering, loss, unauthorised processing or access and to guarantee their integrity and security.

As User, you undertake to make diligent use of your user name and password and not disclose it to third parties. Likewise, you undertake to inform the Company of any theft, loss or risk of third party access to your user name.

What are your rights when you give us your personal data?

Social media

The social media's functioning is not under the ROS GROUP's control and, therefore, the information you publish will be shared by all the users who view it. As these media allow interaction with other users, we have provided below certain premises that you must take into account.

The purpose of using social media is to give visibility and disseminate the products developed by ROS GROUP.

In principle, the same data protection policy specified in this document is applied with respect to data collection, processing and transfer.

You must undertake to:

In particular, you will avoid any conduct that may violate the principle of non-discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, religion, ideology or any other personal or social circumstance, or may violate privacy, honour and self-image, and you are ultimately liable for the veracity and legality of the content you publish.

·         Not record or publish images, videos or any other type of record without the subjects' consent.

ROS GROUP does not identify with the opinions expressed by others or with the ideology of the profiles with whom you are friends on any social medium.

ROS GROUP reserves the right to delete from its social media any information published by others that violates the law, incites others to violate the law, or contains messages that affront the dignity of people or institutions. And to block or report the profile that has published these messages.

Recommendations to users

·         Review and read the social medium's general terms of use and privacy policy at the time of registering.

·         Learn the settings and use possibilities offered by the medium.

·         Make appropriate user profile privacy settings on the social medium.

·         Do not publish too much information about your personal and family life.

·         Be careful about publishing audiovisual or graphic content on your profile, particularly if images relating to third parties will be hosted.

·         Do not offer third parties' data without their prior consent.
