Which sealing-ring do you need?

In this article we present the different types of sealing-ring of our ROS Ducting industrial modular ducting, to use in installations where tightness is required. Whether for dust and particle aspiration and filtration systems, as well as for low-pressure pneumatic transport of products and air in production processes.

- Profiled sealing-ring: must be used with Hybrid Pull-ring, Two parts Clamping ring or Quick-lock Clamping ring. Its function is to ensure that the union between two pieces with a lip is completely tight.

- O-ring: must be used with Hybrid Pull-ring, Two parts Clamping ring or Quick-lock Clamping ring. Its function is to seal the joint between an insertable pipe and a pipe with a flange.

- Flat seal for ROS flange: it must be used with ROS flange. With a flat profile, it has some holes that coincide with those of the steel flange. It can be placed between two welded plate or with a loose flange.

- Profiled flat sealing-ring for flange: can be used with any flange, whether ROS or special. As it is profiled, it is placed around the pipe lip, and the plates are screwed together.
