Which fixing component do you need?

In this article we present the different fixing components of our ROS Ducting industrial modular ducting for dust and bulk solids aspiration and filtration systems, as well as for low-pressure pneumatic conveying of products and air in manufacturing processes.

- Pipe clamp with leg: formed by the union of two symmetrical flat profiles, bolted together. It has one or two legs, depending on the diameter. It is usually fixed to walls made from cement or similar. It allows easy and quick assembly when the pipe is vertical and close to the wall.

- Pipe clamp without leg: formed by the union of two symmetrical flat profiles, without fixing legs. This way, in each particular case, the installer can weld the most suitable type of leg. It allows a comfortable assembly in any position where the pipe is located.

- Pipe clamp for ceiling: formed by the union of two symmetrical flat profiles, one of them with a welded centred sleeve, internally threaded. It is usually fixed to ceilings or structures by means of threaded rods or double-threaded screws. It allows an easy and quick assembly when the pipe must be suspended in the air.

- Pipe clamp 3 winds: formed by the union of 3 asymmetrical flat profiles, with a hole at each end, where the tensioners can be fixed. It is usually placed at the upper end of the external ducts, under the cap. This way, the swinging of the pipe, caused by the wind in a punctual way, is ensured, avoiding breakages, deterioration or accidents.
