Which Double Wall range do I need?

In our ROS Chimneys catalogue you can currently find three ranges of Double Wall ducts. Below you will find their main characteristics and uses, so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

DP Range – Double Wall

Double-wall ducts and accessories with 25 mm rock wool insulation.

Approved for pellet installations made in France.

Approved by HETAS for installations made in the United Kingdom.

It can be used for the evacuation of fumes from gas, diesel and solid fuel boilers, and from biomass stoves. Also, as a ventilation system with high temperatures in industrial processes.

EI range – Fire resistance EI

Double-wall ducts and accessories with 25 mm rock wool insulation.

It is the same range as the DP, but this one includes specific accessories for its main application: smoke extraction in industrial and commercial kitchens.

It has the EI30 Spanish certificate, which means that it is resistant to fire for 30 minutes.

DP50 range – 50 mm Double Wall

Double-wall ducts and accessories with 50 mm rock wool insulation.

It has the Spanish EI30 certificate, which means that it is resistant to fire for 30 minutes.

Same applications as the DP range with 25 mm rock wool insulation, but for installations that reach a higher temperature, and it is considered necessary for the ducts to have more rockwool thermal insulation.
