Segmented bends and radiuses of curvature

The segmented bends manufactured by ROS Ducting are made up of 15° segments, joined together by pull-rings. This modular joint allows to vary the orientation of the segments to form different grades and shapes, giving great flexibility during assembly.

They are manufactured in different radiuses of curvature, which allow them to be adapted to the type of product that circulates inside them, thus reducing the pressure drop during the operation of the installation.

At ROS Ducting we manufacture, as standard, the R1D, R1.5D, R2D and R3D radiuses, although we can manufacture special radiuses upon request.

Applications for each radius:

- R1D: Industrial ventilation (exhaust air), collection and filtration of fine dust, smoke, oil mist and solvents.

- R1.5D: Small particles such as spices, seeds, sawdust, welding dust, sanding, polishing, grinding, etc.

- R2D: Granulated products such as cereals, feed, flour, rice, pasta, medicines, tobacco, etc.

- R3D: Products such as paper scarps, wood, plastic, glass, construction materials, and waste in general.
