ROS Ducting products have the class D tightness certificate (EN 12237)

ROS Ducting ducts joined with hybrid pull-rings and profiled sealing-rings have the Applus class D tightness certificate, according to the EN 12237 standard. The EN 12237 standard measures the resistance and leakage of circular sheet metal ducts, with class D being the most rigorous (more airtight).

The sealing of the ducts prevents the entry of ambient air (suction) or the exit of corrupted air (impulsion) and reduces the pressure loss, making the installation more efficient.

Although the use of our ducts is exclusively for the transport of air, we filled them with water without leaks, as can be seen in the video you will find below.

But remember, ROS Ducting products are mainly used for:

- Extraction of powders, air, fumes, mists and by-products which are either released to the atmosphere or transported to filters and cyclones

- Low-pressure pneumatic transport and product distribution in production lines

- Ventilation and refrigeration of industrial processes
