Àstrid Ros will participate in the conference “Where are the women in the Spanish industry?”

Àstrid Ros, Deputy General Manager of ROS Group, will participate in the online conference organized by Techsolids: Where are the women in Spanish industry?, which will take place on November 3rd from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., via Zoom. The conference will be held in Spanish.

It is free to attend and has the objective of analysing and debating the situation of women in the Spanish industry. Likewise, actions that we can carry out to improve it will be considered, considering that only 24.6% of the occupation in the industrial sector is female, and that there is a wage gap of 18%. That is because most of the positions held by women are of an administrative nature and their presence is scarce in managerial positions.
